Pre-Booked Slots
Meetings would typically be 20-30 minutes, for employees who may need mortgage advice or simply have questions about anything mortgage related. Further conversations would then continue outside of the work environment as required.
LUNCH & LEARN SESSIONS
Topical Talks
We provide short talks on mortgage, finances and protection within the workplace for employees where there may be a particular need. These have included "Buying your first home, where to start!", "Protecting our loved ones, it's our responsibility" and "Mortgages may be more flexible than you realise!", although they can be tailored to the needs of the workforce.

Many organisations have employee benefit or wellbeing days where a number of their benefit providers attend their workforce to update them on their employee benefits. What you need to know
There may be a fee for arranging a mortgage, typically £199 for Residential and Buy-to-Let remortgage applications, £299 for residential and buy-to-let purchase applications and £399 for applications with specialist lenders due to adverse credit. Fees are payable upon receipt of your Mortgage Offer from the chosen lender.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage. Some buy to let mortgages are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
