HOW THE CLINICS WORK
ONE TO ONE MEETINGS
Pre-Booked Slots
Meetings would typically be 20-30 minutes, for employees who may need mortgage advice or simply have questions about anything mortgage related. Further conversations would then continue outside of the work environment as required.
LUNCH & LEARN SESSIONS
Topical Talks
We provide short talks on mortgage, finances and protection within the workplace for employees where there may be a particular need. These have included "Buying your first home, where to start!", "Protecting our loved ones, it's our responsibility" and "Mortgages may be more flexible than you realise!", although they can be tailored to the needs of the workforce.
EMPLOYEE WELLBEING DAYS
Financial Wellbeing
Many organisations have employee benefit or wellbeing days where a number of their benefit providers attend their workforce to update them on their employee benefits. We firmly believe that financial wellbeing is a key part of this and will be on hand to answer any mortgage related questions or requests.
We help your employees understand their mortgage and protection options. We know from experience that people often don't know where to seek help or advice, with many simply delaying or overlooking these important financial decisions.
The ethos of the clinics is to bring advice to them, in the convenience of their workplace at a convenient time rather than take time away from work to attend appointments.
The Financial Conduct Authority does not regulate employee benefits.

WHAT THEY SAY ABOUT THE CLINICS
Lucy
Commercial Director, ADVO
‘Mark from MHC Mortgages quickly gained the trust of our employees, offering guidance and options to suit their personal needs and budgets. The mortgage clinic really engaged employees and led to many more recommendations with positive feedback. With a relatively low average age, advo has many first time buyers as well as those employees looking to move or re-mortgage.
Running a mortgage clinic with Mark was hassle free and offered added value to our employees for their personal mortgage purchase & protection.
Having used Mark from MHC Mortgages for my personal re-mortgage, I can vouch fully for his competent and consultative service’

Mortgage Clinic attendee
As a first time buyer it can be really daunting, but Mark helped complete my first mortgage having met with him at work during one of his Mortgage Clinics.
Mark was always on hand to answer any questions and went out of his way to make it an easy process. I would highly recommend him.
